JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently hiring a LB&T Marketing & Sales Specialist in Los Angeles, CA.This role is the direct representative for our local community and market, collaborating to champion the local sites at hyper-local accounts, festivals, and other brewery events on and off site. They support events, rentals, host VIP Sales guests, and actively drive traffic, awareness, revenue opportunities, and new guests to our locations. They partner with our BBC sales team to ensure the successful sale and distribution of our products in current accounts in close proximity to our brewery. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of our business and our products in existing On Premise and non-buy accounts. Especially in DTLA/WEHO, hotels, and other tourist hubs through customer relations, proper merchandising, samplings, partnerships, and promotions.What You'll Brew:----Identifies and drives opportunities and visibility at local festivals and community eventsDirect liaison for BBC Sales and wholesalers hosting VIPS's at Truly LA and Angel CityDrives site-specific rental sales and other revenue opportunities to TLA and ACBProvides on-site support for rentals, events, festivals, and other activations on siteSupports and contributes to local marketing plans, POS strategy and inventory management, and content collection for social media channelsCollaborates with Marketing and Sales leaders to bring strategic initiatives to life in the market and at our locationsSupports local donation programs and other community support in and around DTLAThrough territory manager's direction, must achieve goals in accounts by: Maintaining a regular schedule of weekly appointments in close proximity to BBCLA, maintaining and maximizing product availability and visibility as well as location awareness, developing and maintaining effective customer and community relations, and handling customer inquiriesResponsible for 15-25 core accounts, as directed by Local BBC sales team; Assigned 40 to 50 non-buy draft accounts by Local BBC sales teamUtilize existing BBC Sales call procedures, processes, and skillsUnderstanding bracketing, concession management, and negotiating tacticsStrong ally and effective communication at all times with Sales Leadership teamMust be able to practice BBC merchandising standards to include: Executing POS programs at retail to standard, maintaining proper brand positioning to standard, executing the BBC freshness standards, organizing and executing floor displays and placement of neons/banners, and utilizing both permanent and paper POSExecutes impactful promotionsMust be current and fluent in: locations, brand styles, national programs and brand strategy, romancing beers to include style, ingredients and pairings, and the brewing process (beer history and current trends)What Ingredients You'll Bring:Minimum Qualifications:--------Bachelor's Degree1-3 years experience in SalesValid driver's license/ability to get to and from accounts3 evenings/nights per week; Tuesday-Saturday work week scheduleMust be able to life weight equivalent to one case of beerAbility to lift and move cases of beer frequently; climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange a display point of sale frequentlyLevel: 7In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $60k - $80k annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
