Job Description:

100 Thieves is currently seeking a Creative Design Associate to join our team. - This person will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and values. - The primary focus will be on leading the design and delivery of custom sales and marketing pitch decks. - They will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Content, and Marketing teams to create engaging content that delivers a meaningful impact to potential partners and campaigns and will serve as the visual translator of 100 Thieves and our creative platform. - This person will need to be able to bring to life how we can support the full journey of a given campaign, partner, or marketing initiative. - The Creative Design Associate will also be responsible for general creative design tasks such as logo concepts and lock-ups, 2D graphics for announcements, thumbnails for YouTube, and more.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of visual design and creative copywriting skills. - They will need to articulate ideas across a variety of brands and industries while staying true to 100 Thieves' narrative and vision. - -
Requirements

• 
  
• 2+ years' experience as a designer or copywriter within a creative agency
  
• Expertise with creating pitch decks.
  
• Master in Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting or multiple brands in an in-house setting
  
• Proven experience with concept development, copywriting, design and production
  
• Sharp eye for copy, design, layout, and typography
  
• Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick timelines and changing priorities
  
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  
• A team player who is not afraid to jump in and tackle a new project, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Create and package pitch decks and proposals for content sponsors, investors, and strategic partners (i.e. content syndication/distribution, influencers, creators)
    
  • Produce beautifully designed decks that align strong copy with creative and design objectives
    
  • Participate in the creative process for projects from conception to completion
    
  • Participate in creative development, reviews, feedback and final draft with sales and account management teams
    
  • Support visual development of concepts throughout the entire creative lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables, all in a timely and accurate manner
    
  • Support special projects and design needs if possible
    
  • Create visually compelling thumbnails and channel art for YouTube and other social media platforms
    
  • Generate unique and innovative ideas for logos and branding concepts
    
    Our targeted compensation rate for this full time position based in Culver City, California is between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
