Job Description:

Lunchbox Entertainment is looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join our team to help chart the oceans. You will produce various 3D assets related to both natural and manmade environments, in addition to props and vehicles. You will work directly with the art director and technical artists to build both hard surface and organic models that are visually cohesive and performant.

Our pipeline requires someone with strong Unity skills and a strong appreciation for technical solutions to problems. A strong portfolio / demo reel is required.

Lunchbox Entertainment is fully remote and is looking for developers who are adept at using Discord, and Google Meet to stay connected and interact with one another in a collaborative manner. Main office hours are between 10am - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities

Create both Hero Assets and Modular Environment kits
Work from both reference and concept art
Collaborate with Design, VFX and the Tech art teams
Use Substance Designer or Substance Painter to make tileable textures and trim sheets
Understanding of performance needs and optimization
Follow documentation to support building out of existing content
Implement work in Unity

Qualifications
- 4+ Years of experience in the Games Industry
- Shipped Content (Title, DLC, Itch.IO, Mods, etc)
- High standards of visual art execution
- Knowledge of standard modeling Apps
- Substance Designer / Painter experience
- Unity Engine experience
- An appreciation of technical pipelines
  
  Nice To Have
  - Technical Skills such as Rigging or Animating
  - Shadergraph or Material editor experience
  - Knowledge of MOBAs or other strategy type games
    
    $50,000 - $85,000 a year
