We are looking for a Marketing Leader to join our nimble team to drive activities that help us acquire new customers, grow our social presence, and facilitate efficiency across various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, fitness, and luxury goods. This role requires an eager, self motivated, and organized individual with high attention to detail who can make quick but well-informed decisions. Responsibilities that you will have:
  • Work with product and sales teams to align branding goals, vision, and strategy.
  • Execute social media vision to drive brand discovery, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices and channel growth.
  • Develop B2B marketing campaigns for businesses interested in our products for their clientele.
  • Manage work of creative content suppliers and marketing partners.
  • Assist in copywriting for campaigns, including email, social, and paid ads.
  • Create pipeline and cadence for publishing engaging blog content.
  • Manage influencer outreach and timely response to inbound partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
    Required skills and accomplishments:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytical field (or another relevant discipline).
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with marketing via social media tools (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
    • Experience with scheduling and managing campaigns.
    • Involvement in email marketing campaigns from development to launch to measurement.
    • Track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Has demonstrated the ability to be proactive and collaborate cross-functionally.
    • Strong communication skills and relationship management.
    • Highly self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with writing and publishing press releases.
    • Understanding and experience with affiliate marketing programs.
