YOUR ROLE
As a Henkel Intern, you will play an integral part of our team, while gaining real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions within a global organization. Based on your interests and skillset, we have a variety of internship opportunities across our Adhesives and Consumer Brands business units. Your internship could include:

• Spearheading a strategic project to help solve a business need for your brand that assists in the achievement of long-term brand objectives
• Working with agencies to develop creative and bringing it to market in a timely manner.
• Leading an analytics project, learning the drivers of your business and collecting and connecting data from a variety of sources in a meaningful way
• Acting as a valuable member of the team from day 1 by attending business meetings and helping the brand team and cross-functionals with achieving day-to-day goals
• Networking with senior management through projects, intern events, and final presentations at the end of the internship to senior leaders

    YOUR SKILLS
    To be successful in this internship, we are looking for:
    
    • Students currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA program
    • Analytical skills: ability to develop fact-based recommendations resulting from in-depth data analysis
    • Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
    • Marketing Acumen: ability to understand and grasp fundamental marketing concepts
