Calling all individuals with experience or an interest in Marketing. Training will be provided, however experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, marketing representative or a marketing intern would not go unnoticed.

Job Description
Department: Marketing
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and will have a range of creative ideas for building efficient strategies. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Organize and oversee marketing and promotional events
• Build relationships with both clients and customers on a face to face basis
• Maximize the promotions and sales of our clients products including the closure of a handful of sales on a daily basis
• Complete sales transactions at our private site events across the Cali region
• Assisting with the recruitment / interview process
• Provide customer support to new and existing customers, maintaining our expectations in relation to customer service standards
• Answer customer queries as and when necessary
  Marketing Assistant Requirements
  
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role - Ideal but not essential as training is provided
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline - ideal but not essential
