In the Digital Marketing and Data Compliance Analyst -role, you
will manage data governance, marketing compliance, and legal
administration for the Customer Engagement organization at Disney
Parks, Experiences and Products. You will report to the Manager,
Marketing Compliance.You Will:
- Manage the Customer Engagement Data Privacy Program, ensuring
processes, services, and data are compliant with applicable laws,
regulations, policies, and contracts.
- Maintain the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products privacy and
security audit queues.
- Support contract negotiations and reviews (e.g. data usage,
pixel, and security terms) for Disney Destinations, Consumer
Products, and Publishing.
- Lead vendor platform communications, focusing on legal, data
usage, and security.
- Work with TWDC Legal, Privacy Legal, Data Governance,
Technology, and Procurement teams.
- Manage scenario/project-specific guidance and recommended
course of action to ensure compliance readiness with existing,
recently-enacted, and emerging privacy regulations & policies such
as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future items.You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital & CRM marketing or project
- Understanding of marketing platform technologies and
integrations between CRM, Social Media, Search, Search Marketing,
Programmatic and Mobile Marketing.
- Project management skills.
- BA/BS - Marketing, Political Science, Communication StudiesIt
Would Be Nice If You Also Have:
- 2+ years of experience working in privacy & compliance
