  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years previous OOH media experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Appreciation of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign preferredResponsibilitiesThe Media Planner, OOH plays a key role in the development and execution of media campaigns. He/she is the day-to-day steward on assigned brands that will lead, develop and maintain intimate knowledge of the clients' media campaigns to ensure timely and accurate execution.Responsibilities include:
    • Working out of our LA office
    • Working to identify and craft the overall strategy/approach for the media plan
    • Compiling data to support the media recommendation
    • Analyze competitors' activity in the marketplace and potential impact to our campaigns
    • Accurately manage client budgets; assist with contracting of inventory
    • Work to ensure accuracy, consistent execution and seamless client service
    • Teach media fundamentals and planning process
    • Encourage new thinking and knowledge growth
    • Manage project timelines and produce accurate and timely deliverables
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
    • Excel in a fast-paced environment while adapting to the evolving needs of the client
    • Articulate media plan to clients and or other team members
    • POVs as needed
    • Proactively monitor media landscape and identify relevant trends pertinent to the client
    • Maintain strong, professional relationships with the vendor community
