Here's your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media and technology to transform our company and your career.Overall PurposeLead the development of the Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) business on DIRECTV STREAM and consequently, create and implement the marketing strategy that will drive revenue and engagement from the purchase and rental of movies by DIRECTV STREAM customers.DescriptionAs the Lead Product Marketing Manager of TVOD on DIRECTV STREAM, you are a key player in developing the TVOD functionality and once launched develop, implement, and execute the marketing strategy to drive purchase and rental of movies to achieve/exceed the annual revenue goal. This exciting role will support the DIRECTV STREAM platform and partner with the counterparts managing TVOD on other DIRECTV video platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a cross-functional team to manage the execution of TVOD functionality and UI experience
  • Create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns for key new releases
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of monthly promotional strategies
  • Review, analyze and manage TVOD revenue performance; leverage trends to drive business
  • Partner with finance and analytics to manage the health of the TVOD business
  • Build and manage relationships at major and independent studios
  • Provide creative direction for select on/off platform marketing elements
  • Manage co-op advertising and marketing program
  • Work with cross-functional teams to increase awareness of TVOD business both internally and among customersQualifications
    • 5+ years of marketing experience in video subscription industry
    • Knowledge of video industry and current trends, a plus
    • BS required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    • Ability to analyze and apply data to business strategy and goals
    • Self-directed, results-oriented individual who can independently handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe
    • Strong strategic, financial, analytical, and conceptual skills
    • Strong written and oral communications, with experience preparing documents and presenting to Senior ExecutivesThis position is subject to the DIRECTV COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
