Hello! We're seeking an amazing individual who can strengthen and grow the Jubilee voice, brand, and connection with our audience. We're looking for someone who is a creative at heart, is passionate about storytelling, and can confidently shape Jubilee's brand strategy to make a large impact on youth culture. We want to go beyond just the content and lead a movement of empathy that will act as rocket fuel for everything we do @ Jubilee.

The Job

Jubilee is seeking a highly talented leader who has experience in developing the big-picture brand strategy and has the taste to push the creative execution of that strategy in a way that speaks to young audiences. We're looking for a resourceful go-getter that's excited to hone our voice, language, community, and carry the Jubilee ethos into the world.

What You'll Do

  • Operate as the Jubilee brand champion, driving innovation and leading new ways of bringing the brand to life & increasing brand affinity
  • Develop & execute strong audience-focused brand strategy, messaging, and priorities that build the foundation for all communications, including PR, social media, and community efforts
  • Partner closely with the internal creative team to meaningfully further Jubilee's branding through the company's creative work & content
  • Lead efforts to reinforce Jubilee's brand purpose and values, identifying tentpole opportunities to show up as a brand in big ways
  • Deepen audience insights by developing quantitative and qualitative measures of understanding the people who interact with everything Jubilee produces
  • Promote a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, & calculated risk-taking

    Who You Are
    • Passionate about building strong, long-lasting brands
    • Strong understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial audiences (youth culture)
    • You are resourceful, think like an owner, and begin tackling problems by assessing what you can do given what's in front of you
    • Driven by curiosity, creativity, grit and humility
    • You are a visionary and know how to leverage best-practices while thinking BIG and out of the box
    • Capable and excited by the challenge of building brand & marketing from the ground up, with lots of ambiguity
    • Analytical and experienced in surveying and parsing audience data
    • Have experience developing strategy for a brand and can execute full-funnel marketing strategies + brand campaigns from start to finish
    • Have strong creative taste and a way with words
    • Have 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing
