Job Description:

We are looking to hire an exceptional marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational skills, a

creative thinker, and strong communication skills.

Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in

providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top prospects will exhibit critical

thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

This position will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop and coordinate marketing and

advertising initiatives to align with organizational strategic goals, specifically around the company's new

development and acquisition efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will have a strong focus on project/process

management, developing collateral, and assisting with initiatives for new clinics, highlighting our brand and services.

Areas of responsibility include: working closely with the new development team on marketing initiatives for new

clinics, assisting the sales team with field marketing efforts, maintaining the company's marketing portal and working

with outside vendors for print, promotional and advertising needs.

  • Marketing, Advertising, and Collateral:
  • Develop creative and content for ads, flyers and promotional collateral content

    for all clinics; current, new and acquisition
    • Implement marketing plans that include tv, radio, print, billboard, and other

      offline media channels.
      • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns
      • Keep physician script pads and map listings up-to-date and current with new

        clinics, services, etc.
        • Maintain and organize marketing portal utilized by the field and sales team
        • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to field and sales

          team
          • Order promotional items and collateral
          • Vendor Relations
          • Works with vendors to manage online portal for promo items, script pads,

            collateral pieces, etc.
            • Works with vendors to source products for sales team and field requests
            • Public Relations
            • Works with PR team to pull content needed for press releases

              Communication

              QUALIFICATIONS:
              • Four-year degree in marketing, public relations or communications
              • Marketing, communications, and advertising
              • Microsoft Office, WordPress website updates, Social Media for business, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
              • Marketing or communications; minimum 3-5 years preferred
              • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred, but not required.
              • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
              • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
              • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
              • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
              • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
              • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
              • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
              • Stays informed about the market and industry trends, while helping to strategize and implement successful marketing, branding, and advertising plans.
              • Process-driven and able to streamline processes for ease of servicing growing company.
              • Strong organizational and project management skills.
              • Communication: Strong communication skills required. Work with Office Coordinators, Clinic Directors, Regional Directors, Business Office staff, Sales team and peers.
              • Communicates well with the general public and peers.
              • Gives key support to Marketing Team and collaborates on projects.
