We're looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our Growth / Performance Marketing team and help drive the growth of the Surprise app through multi-million-dollar, data-driven performance marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and effective data professional with an acute attention to detail and the grit needed to see difficult problems through to completion.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing a data-driven and analytical viewpoint to balance campaign strategy and execution;
  • Working alongside our Director of Growth Marketing to ensure that business goals are met on time;
  • Working closely with Senior Management to design and execute G2M strategies;
  • Using data and analytics to drive excellence across paid media channels; designing and developing reports and dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key metrics;
  • Independently performing analyses and interpreting the results;
  • Participating in pro-active research projects, providing novel insights to internal teams.What are we looking for?
    • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics (FB Ads, Google Ads, Capterra);
    • Experience with App Install campaigns (experience in the mobile app industry is a plus);
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • The ability to (independently) perform SQL queries (strong requirement) and experience with statistical/ data analysis tools (strong preference; preferably Python/ R);
    • The ability to work independently and pro-actively pick up tasks but also keen to be part of an experienced group of data analysts, scientists and user researchers.About us
