Job Summary of the Group Creative Director position
Our client seeks a forward-thinking and experienced Group Creative
Director (GCD) with a genuine interest in sparking cultural
inspiration through award-winning brand messaging. He/she is a
conceptual thinker with experience generating thought provoking,
culture shifting big ideas. This spans across all things
advertising, influencer, content, and technology, in any media. The
Group Creative Director (GCD) understands "work that's driven by
culture" experience in delivering creative that speaks to culture.
Among their strengths will be energy, persuasive presentation
skills, a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, a vision of creative
possibility in virtually any media, the ability to form dynamic
working partnerships with your agency colleagues and, most
critically, clear team leadership skills.
They have their finger on the pulse of culture, how to push it in
the right direction, and navigate their client partners to
best-in-class solutions. This senior role will emphasize promoting
an expanded scope of work. They are the lead of the creative on
each of their accounts.
Working with ACDs, the GCD will manage multiple accounts, clients,
new business pitches, and make sure every talent has the mentorship
they need to grow their careers, and be the best creative talent
they can be. The GCD understands creative culture, how to bring out
the best in people, even under duress, and how to bring
multi-faceted platforms to life. The GCD does this through pushing
all factors of a business opportunity, whether it be helping define
the opportunity, pushing the strategy and brief, ensuring the
creative solutions are innovative, top-tier creative solutions.
Responsibilities of the Group Creative Director position
Pitches creative work though pool of existing and new clients

Presents and promotes work, mentor and nurture creative talent and

Charts the creative course for campaigns in an innovative way
Be comfortable entering any medium in the digital space
Works with clients to understand their brand, objectives and

Reviews and edits written and visual content by providing direct
Works with ACD's and ECD to ensure quality of creative is elevated
at every project step
Works with ECD and CCO to maintain creative momentum and grow the

--Requirements of the Group Creative Director position
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and equivalent business experience
8 to 10 years of social media, digital marketing & integrated
An eye for trending advertising design and content creation with
deep conceptual thinking.
Minimum 5+ as a Creative Director in a Marketing and Advertising
7+ years of leadership, team building, mentoring and management
3+ years' experience with not only traditional, general market
campaigns but multicultural campaigns that target multifaceted
audiences and consumers
Must be an industry leader across the multicultural and general
market consumer segments.
Excellent presentation skills, able to command the attention of
client executives at all levels
Strong skills with social and digital platforms able take campaigns
across diverse platforms
Strong leadership skills and able to mentor and motivate others
Experience, talent, judgment, and imagination for the creation of

Portfolio and reel required to demonstrate experience, creative and
