Inter-Orient Services is now hiring an import coordinator position.
Responsibilities including, but no limited to: - Handling
documentation, tracking, shipment status updates, customs release,
ISF input, data entry. - Using the freight stream systems - Working
with various truckers & consignees. - Assist in other functions as
required by the company. - No experience required, will provide
training for the position. Previous experience is a plus. Skills: -
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain files and
records - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel, for data collection and analysis - Attention to detail to
ensure accuracy in documentation - Basic math skills for order
entry and data analysis - Ability to work independently and
prioritize tasks effectively - Communication skills, both written
and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients Note:
