#TeamM*Position: *Administrative Assistant*Location: *Los Angeles, CA 90033, USA*Duration: *05+ Months Contract*Work Setting:* Onsite*Shift Timing:* Monday to Friday 8.00 am 4:30 pm*Working Hours:* 40 hours per week & 8 hours a day*Pay Rate: *$25/hr*Description:*Provides administrative/secretarial support, including, but not limited to, scheduling and coordination of meetings/seminars/travel, coordinating priorities throughout the day, perform independent and collaborative projects as needed.*Experience & Education:** 5 to 10 years previous secretarial experience in a senior executive setting* High school or equivalent*Requirement:** Typing at 60 + WPM.* Transcription and mathematical aptitude.* Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong organization skills.* Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, etc., is required* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Must possess skills to communicate diplomatically across a wide variety of stakeholdersJob Type: ContractPay: $22.62 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Morning shiftExperience:* Executive administrative support: 5 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Los Angeles, CA 90033 (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble
