Job Description:

Looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to provide support for a dynamic and exciting company!



Full time position paying up to 70k + benefits.



For consideration we're looking for someone with the following criteria:



- Bachelors Degree


- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office 2010 programs including Word, Excel (Pivot Tables and V Lookups preferred), PowerPoint and Outlook


- Experience supporting Director and C-Level Executives (including CFO/CEO)


- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant


- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills


- Polished and professional (corporate environment)


- Must be content working in a support role


- Flexibility with hours (occasional overtime)
