Chick-Fil-A Office Admin & Hospitality Leader $16.0/hour - $18.0/hour (Part-time) We are looking for a dedicated individual who is willing to grow with our company long-term. An Office Administrator must possess strong organization skills, be able to work independently and multi-task, have excellent written and oral communication skills, exhibit sound judgement, and excel with customer service. The ideal individual would be discrete and exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This career opportunity has substantial internal growth opportunity for someone interested in a career in hospitality management. *--Essential functions include (but not limited to):* --- Review and directing correspondence; manage telephone communications --- Welcomes clients and guests in person and on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries --- Handling administrative duties and day to day transactions --- Creating and maintaining administrative files and reconciling paperwork/invoices --- Works closely with Leadership team to maintain appointment schedule, catering, schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel --- Exhibits discretion, maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. --- Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory needs; evaluates new office products; places and expedites orders for supplies; verifies receipts. --- Working with vendors to provide company services and process payments (e.g. maintenance, insurance, healthcare, etc.) --- Manage and process payroll and employee point system *Key Competencies:* Organizational and planning skills; communication skills; information gathering and monitoring skills; writing skills; scheduling skills; travel logistics; time management; problem analysis and problem-solving skills; judgment and decision-making ability; initiative; confidentiality; team member, attention to detail and accuracy; adaptability. *Work in a Chick-fil-A restaurant*A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job. Administrative support or executive assistance; familiar with various computer software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks. * Familiar with bookkeeping organization practices and working with numbers* Detail oriented with strong organization skills* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables a plus)* Positive and team oriented attitude with a high value on ethics* Prior experience working in food/beverages/hospitality* Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a plus
