Job Description:

As Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will assist in daily Front Office operations assisting the Front Office Management team and overseeing the administration of the Front Office department.Assist the Front Office Management team with daily Front Office operationsProvide prompt service and actively seek opportunities to drive Guest satisfactionEnsure the team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the Guests or other departmentsManage, resolve or escalate any and all Guest complaints quicklyEnsure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area and be aware of the daily hotel event scheduleAttend all Front Office meetingsAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when requiredServe your role and Team in an environmentally-conscience mannerPurchasing suppliesAssistant to Director and ManagersAssist with Payroll for the departmentManage the Directors calendarRepresentative for onsite meetingsResponsible for tracking attendanceAccess to confidential informationGuest involvement- responding to GA (guest advisory)Responding to SALT reviewsHelp coordinate any HR-related events with the Front Office departmentWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
