We have a terrific opportunity for a full-time Collections Specialist within the accounting and finance department. This is a chance to join a rapidly expanding group and company with upward mobility. The Collections Specialist will work closely with Accounting Management to execute day to day accounting activities.This is a full time position. You will have the opportunity to: Focus on accounts receivable collection including ongoing external communication with customers regarding past due invoices or issues on account Reviewing AR aging daily and providing analysis to management Processing payments and cash posting to customers' accounts Interaction with various levels of management across the organization regarding AR status Exposure to general accounting: assist in the month end close procedures and account reconciliation process Assist with special projects when needed What does it take to become a member of Team 24? Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Finance or Accounting preferred) 1-3 years of work experience in Accounting or related field preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Effectively communicate and resolve complex business operational issues Ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing work environment Demonstrate great communication skills across organizational levels Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks simultaneously Superior business ethics with strong leadership and change management skills Familiarity with GAAP accounting and concepts Intermediate to Strong Excel skills Why should you apply?
