Job Description Job Description Job Title: Tax Coordinator Reports To: Tax Director FLSA Status: Non Exempt Department: Business Management Your Role: The Tax team in Encino is hiring the next Tax Coordinator to join our client's dynamic group of tax professionals. The ideal candidate is a confident and professional communicator, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. You are interpersonal and believe in developing and maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues; all while performing the following duties: What will you do? Assemble and file tax returns, forms, and related tax payments. Process tax organizers and roll over annual CCH Axcess tax returns. Distribute department client mail. Work overtime hours as needed. Monitor department due dates. Maintain department WIPs. Executive Assistant to Tax Partner/Senior Tax Management Process client onboarding and exits. Coordinate tax season meals. Track miscellaneous deadlines. Coordinate client signature requests with other departments. Process POAs. Request IRS and State transcripts. Other related duties as assigned.
