Job Description:
Role: Former Chief Executives (CEO, President, Executive
Director, Managing Director, Founder, CAO, GM)/n/nSepal is
conducting a short-term research initiative focused on evaluating
the decision-making, communication, and problem-solving
capabilities of current AI systems. This study is part of our
broader efforts to assess whether AI models understand the nuance,
tradeoffs, and ambiguity often encountered at the executive
level./n/nWe’re inviting former and current senior executives to
participate in a paid, remote research engagement, where you’ll
help us define benchmark tasks grounded in real-world
responsibilities ensuring models are evaluated against meaningful
and contextually rich scenarios./n/nSample of Relevant Titles/n
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/n President/n Executive Director/n
Managing Director/n Founder/n General Manager/n Chief
Administrative Officer (CAO)/n/nMust-Have Qualifications/n 4 years
full-time experience as a senior executive (e.g., CEO, President,
etc.)/n U.S. residency/n Native-level English fluency/n Access to a
laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet/n/nProject
Logistics/n This is a short-term project running through December
29th, 2025/n Requires approximately 40–100 total hours across the
duration of the project/n Begins with a 2–4 day paid trial period
to ensure mutual fit/n Compensation: $140–$250 per hour, based on
experience and fit, plus task-based bonuses/n Paid bi-weekly based
on tracked and approved hours/n/nWhy Participate?/nYour leadership

high-stakes decision environments. By helping design and assess
benchmark tasks, you’ll contribute to AI safety by identifying gaps
in how well these systems comprehend and respond to complex,
real-world executive challenges.
