In this role, you will own cost accounting functions across manufacturing and inventory operations with room to grow into leadership. Why join us? Impact-driven role with leadership visibility Growth-focused company in the essential food sector Work cross-functionally across finance, ops, and production Job Details Lead the month-end and year-end close for cost accounting and inventory Analyze operational costs, product margins, and budgeting vs. actuals Coordinate physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies Develop cash flow forecasts, manage A/P and A/R functions Supervise 1-2 accounting team members Travel between Yorba Linda and Corona offices weekly ? What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (required) 3 years of cost accounting experience Prior work in manufacturing or food distribution (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Syspro or comparable ERP systems Ability to adapt fast, work independently, and make data-backed decisions Interested in hearing more?
