Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and
self-motivated individual to join our team as a Permanent
International Tax Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity
to join a leading firm in the Accounting and Finance industry. The
successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a
fast-paced and challenging environment, with a focus on
international tax matters. Responsibilities: The International Tax
Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all
aspects of our international tax function. This includes but is not
limited to: 1. Leading the planning, development, and
implementation of tax strategies to optimize global tax position.
2. Managing government tax examinations and audits, ensuring
compliance with all international tax laws and regulations. 3.
Overseeing the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax
provisions, including foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F, and
PFIC calculations. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to
provide tax advice and guidance on business initiatives and
transactions. 5. Monitoring and analyzing proposed and newly
enacted tax legislation to determine the impact on the company. 6.
Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a
culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: The
ideal candidate for the International Tax Senior Manager position
will have the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree in
Taxation or JD/LLM is highly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
progressive experience in international tax, with a focus on tax
planning, government tax examinations, tax provisions, foreign tax,
GILTI, Subpart F, and PFIC. 3. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
or equivalent professional certification, such as JD or LLM, is
required. 4. Proven experience in managing tax audits and
examinations. 5. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and
international tax laws and regulations. 6. Exceptional analytical
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply
complex tax concepts. 7. Excellent leadership and team management
skills, with a proven track record of developing and mentoring team
members. 8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to
non-tax professionals. 10. Must have experience servicing Japanese
corporate and individual clients. This position offers a
