Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management &
Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Vendor and Procurement team, implementing
management strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and contract negotiations
while conducting audits to ensure adherence to policies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage vendor
relationships and support budgeting processes related to vendor
expenditures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 10+
years of professional experience, including 6-8+ years in vendor
management
Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, and
compliance
Proficiency in procurement software and vendor risk assessment
tools
Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced
environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
