Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis
Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual three-year plans and quarterly forecasts in
collaboration with accounting, underwriting, and actuarial
teams
Monitor monthly expense charges and ensure compliance with contract
terms
Analyze monthly P&L by program and present variance
explanations to the Chief Financial Officer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major
3 - 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in the
Property & Casualty insurance industry
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Experience with Workday Financials is a plus
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills
