Company DescriptionAre you a proven eCommerce Manager with a
track record of driving sales on Amazon Vendor Central and looking
to work for a #1 snack CPG company? We re seeking an
experiencedManager, eCommerceto grow sales, drive insights, and
build brand equity online for Wonderful Branded products such as
Wonderful Pistachios and POM Wonderful.This digital retail pro will
have the opportunity to determine strategy and execution for our
brands
growth across retailers in the fastest growing channel of our
industry.This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los
Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with MTW in the office.Job
DescriptionManage all aspects of a portfolio of Amazon Vendor
Central and Amazon Fresh accounts with the goal of growing revenue
and profitability for each brand.Develop and own the process and
system to capture and disseminate product and campaign content to
partners in an efficient manner that enables digital shoppers to
notice, understand and purchase our brands online.Identify areas of
opportunities to increase traffic and conversions using key word
research, sales analytics and tracking tools.Establish and manage
regular account, PDP and brand store audits to ensure we are
compliant, optimized and displaying correct and current
representation of our products and brand strategy.Align with the
demand planning and supply teams to ensure that we re always in
stock, shipped on time and following Amazon s EDI and processing
requirements and regularly managing and minimizing
chargebacks.Collaborate across sales, brand, ecommerce, marketing
and media to ensure we re well coordinated across the platforms and
focused on the best growth opportunities for our brands.Understand
and track our performance against our main competitors building and
executing plans for us to increase our market share.Work cross
functionally with the digital advertising team managing advertising
strategy, campaign focus, targets, budgets and monitoring
advertising effectiveness.Work with the Brand and NPD team to
launch new products and refresh PDP, A+ content, comparison tables
and brand store.Oversee the management of technical issues to
manage performance and troubleshoot account and catalog issues with
a sense of urgency.Manage relationships with Amazon reps for
information and support.Keep current with Amazon policies, programs
and market trends.Qualifications5 or more years of progressive
experience in Amazon ecosystem a must. At least some experience on
Vendor Central and / or Amazon Fresh preferred.Amazon research and
analytics tools are a must.CPG food & beverage industry experience
preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of the retailer media landscape
(search and programmatic) required; experience with Amazon
Advertising preferred.Strong collaborative approach with
demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence
people (internal and external) and process to achieve business
goals.Excel at multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced,
results-oriented team environment.Excel at storytelling and
presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a
data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a
plus.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with
advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Bachelor's Degree required;
MBA or M.S. preferred.Travel required approximately 10% of the
time.Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 andmay include a discretionary
bonus. Final offer terms are negotiable based on experience &
