The IT Finance Sr. Manager is responsible for the FP&A activities for several IT LOB's and other LOB's. This position will support the annual budget, forecast and MRP processes. They will lead the update meetings with the DCIOs/SVP's. They will also lead the Greenlighting process including CBA prep/validation, Minto Memos and benefits realization. This position will also support ad-hoc analysis requests from the CIO and will provide overall variance analysis reporting for IT budgets, forecasts and MRP.This position is primarily responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day FP&A functions for SPE IT.The IT Finance Sr Manager will also serve as a liaison between the following groups: -IT Finance and Global Finance team -IT Finance and Corporate Finance -IT Finance and the CapGemini team -IT Finance and the PMOCore Responsibilities:

• FP&A activities for various LOB's including meeting with IT customers, reviewing Overhead and Capital forecasts, budgets and MRP information and variance analysis. Manage and report overall variance analysis for IT spend.
• Manage the Greenlight process including : CBA preparation/review, validation of the Minto Memo forecasts and benefits, and benefits realization analysis.
• Work with the SPE IT team to validate TBM/Application/Services costs mapping and allocation splits and present them to the LOB Executives.
• Support the annual MRP, Budget and Forecast processes for SPE IT. This includes all coordination with the IT Finance Management, IT Customers, Corporate Finance, the Hub and the offshore team.
• Ad-hoc requests from CIO/OthersJob Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Experience with GAAP and Entertainment Accounting
  • Excellent computer skills are mandatory. Word & Excel pivots, Vlookups, Macros a must. SAP- Intermediate to Advance level. Apptio/TBM skills a plus. Excellent presentation skills a plus

  • Knows when to "just say no" to low value requests from the business and resolves stakeholder conflicts appropriatelyThe anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000-$139,100. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
