We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive the financial strategy for our business.

Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for the company. You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments to provide financial guidance, create financial models, and develop presentations for senior management. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing KPIs and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities:
--- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making for the company
--- Develop forecasts and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
--- Create financial models and track key performance indicators to measure business performance
--- Develop presentations for senior management to communicate financial insights and recommendations
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to optimize financial performance
--- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business needs
--- Monitor industry trends and provide insights on potential impact to the company
--- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards
Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
--- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity
--- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data
--- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
--- Experience with eCommerce or retail industries is a plus
