The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in cash application, credit memos, sales reconciliations, month-end close, and customer dispute resolution. As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.Responsibilities:Conduct cash application and credit memo processing to ensure timely and accurate application of customer paymentsPerform sales reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of revenue and related expensesAssist in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial dataInvestigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing and invoicingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresPrepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions and identify areas for improvementAssist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsParticipate in ad-hoc projects to support the Finance department as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1+ years of experience in cash application, credit memos, sales reconciliations, month-end close, and disputesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsIf you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
