We are targeting a Senior Production Incentives Specialist who will be responsible for production incentive administration and incentive advice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Provide fee based admin services on projects from budgeting through final monetization stage.
--- Provide Financing business line with budget and project analysis on potential loan projects.
--- Coordination of production incentive requirements/documents/filings with clients, auditors, and state officials.
--- Advising clients on the mechanics of incentives in different jurisdictions.
--- Budget analysis as it relates to incentive accuracy and timing of monetization.
--- Presentation of Incentives group marketing materials and services to potential clients.
--- EPFS Sales & Marketing as per periodically defined goals
--- Provide department support and PTO coverage as needed.
--- Special projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
--- Production accounting experience in an incentive jurisdiction.
--- Knowledge of the production tax credit process.
--- Experience with the following tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, Production Accounting software (GV, SA, PSL, etc), Movie Magic Budgeting, Salesforce/Clari, Microsoft Teams.
