Entegra Procurement Services (a Sodexo company) provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including acute, seniors, leisure, hospitality, and restaurants. Entegra Procurement Services is a subsidiary of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $18 billion in spend for food, services, supplies, and serves more than 80,000 client sites throughout the United States alone.
We are currently searching for a Sr. Manager, Entegra Client Services Support. - This role will work from a remote home office located in the continental United States. The ideal candidate should reside in the Pacific, Mountian or Cnetral time zones.
The successful candidate will:


  • Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of client relationships, including aligning cross functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, marketing to grow and retain assigned clients, expansion of the Web of Influence.
  • Ensure the achievement of established financial targets through planning, implementation, and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall strategy of Entegra Procurement Services client relationships within a segment. This position brings all cross functional departments together to retain, grow and strategize growth in assigned clients.
  • Support National Account Executives in preparation for quarterly business review meetings.

    • Industry GPO experience is a plus.
    • Over 5+ years expertise in the Restaurants space
    • Strong client facing skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Financial acumen.
    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of products (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to demonstrate results.
    • Experience having owned the relationship with the client.

      Position Summary
      Responsible for the growth and retention of assigned clients within Entegra Procurement Services, across all business segments. - Based on the strategy set forth by the team leader, this position works with key decision makers (business owners, VPs, directors, GMs, and chefs etc.) with a subset of the clients within the business profile (segment/s) -while delivering excellent customer support, driving growth and retention of client participation on the Entegra programs. - The role is responsible for the achievement of established financial targets through planning, implementation of business plans, and leveraging internal and external resources while taking into consideration short- and long-term goals.
      Direct or indirect client interaction will take place depending on the need and the potential program value growth opportunity. - Analyze data and provide recommendations on opportunities for the largest ROI. - Will interpret the data, communicate, and coordinate with the functions supporting implementation of product optimization with clients to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
      Qualifications & Requirements
      Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree -or equivalent experience
      Basic Management Experience - 5 years
      Basic Functional Experience - 5 years -
