Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
    • FSA or ASA and MAAA
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong knowledge of long-term care insurance (LTCI)
    • Strong knowledge and experience of LTCI pricing, rate setting and premium deficiency tests
    • Working knowledge of health and disability insurance
    • Knowledge of cash flow projections and testing
    • Knowledge of actuarial and statistical modelling methods
