POSITION OVERVIEW
The position utilizes exceptional skills in cost-per-action
(“CPA”), cost-per-click (“CPC”) sales, relationship-building and
analytics to build an Advertiser base, while contributing to the
overall company goals and objectives. Achieves maximum sales with
new brand performance client acquisitions. Identify and capitalize
upon long-term growth opportunities and applies strategic solutions
to maximize ROI.
Primary duties include:
- Develop and adhere to a Sales Plan around the acquisition of
new Brand Performance Advertiser clients, including: prospecting
for new business; profiling strategies; campaign and offer
engineering and pipeline prioritization)
- Apply sales strategies that establish proactive communication,
monitor and improve service results and effectiveness, optimize
value propositions, and position Adknowledge as the most profitable
and value-added Performance Advertising partner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
Achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through cold calling of
target lists and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Prepare, manage and present sales reports that track, analyze,
and forecast revenue opportunities
- Prepare, review and present proposals, reports and ROI
calculations with prospective Advertisers
- Track and record client data, relevant business metrics,
pipeline opportunities, ongoing communication and service changes
in CRM system
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and
markets for consumer and performance based marketing and lead
generation. Constantly acquire better solution selling skills
- Occasional travel to clients, prospects, industry conferences
and events
Additional duties include:
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars and
workshops
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident
leader with at least:
- 3-5 years of relevant performance advertising sales
- Minimum 2 years of CPA advertising experience preferred
- Strong sales relationship, partnering and recruitment skills,
including cold calling and prospecting
- Ability to establish and grow relationships with Brand
Advertisers in a highly competitive market
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following
abilities:
- Familiarity with creative and marketing processes and
techniques
- Understanding and insight regarding effective online
marketing campaigns, as well as general marketing campaign
- Solid computers skills. Firm knowledge of MS Excel,
PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com CRM system
