POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Coordinator position utilizes exceptional
organization, time management and learning skills in managing a
large plate of diverse projects and to assist Account Executives
and Account Managers in their day to day campaign production needs.
This position will include the following job functions:
- Assisting advertising clients in implementing, testing and
troubleshooting tracking code
- Trouble shooting HTML creative to ensure maximum
deliverability
- Interact with Adknowledge’s proprietary system to host and
market online campaigns
- Supporting Account Managers with compiling online adds for a
campaign
- Assisting Account and Publisher managers with media budgets and
allotment
- Utilize Salesforce.com to organize production queue
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars and
workshops
- Occasional travel to clients, prospects, industry conferences
and events
- Interface directly with clients to bring campaign to completion
and launch
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be a self starter and team player
with at least:
- 1-3 years of work in a sales team environment. (internship work
acceptable)
- Strong HTML skills with an ability to troubleshoot HTML
code
- Interest in gaining knowledge into multiple aspects of online
marketing
- Ability to establish and grow relationships with Advertiser
partners in a highly competitive market
- Familiarity with creative and marketing processes and
techniques
- Solid computer skills. Firm knowledge of MS Excel and CRM
systems
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following
abilities:

campaigns with critical thinking skills. The ability to research
and analyze data from multiple sources.

interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and
maintain business relationships, as well as have excellent
presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
