Job DescriptionTitle: National Sales Manager Location: Los Angeles/Southern California is preferred. Core Stix LLC is a growing startup company with a revolutionary

Core Stix. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding
the sale of the Core Stix Full Body Fitness System nationally and
eventually internationally, expanding and leading the team of
salespeople nationally and eventually internationally commensurate
with company policy and sales direction. The Sales Manager will be responsible for, among other
things: - Developing new sales accounts and distribution channels in the
US and potentially internationally (eventually).ยท - Establishing team sales goals and objectives. - Ensuring team training and development in sales techniques
including negotiation skills. - Establishing, tracking, and reporting regularly on key metrics
for sales team performance. - Coaching and leading sales team on prioritization of target
accounts and development of an action plan, including integration
with telesales program. - Coaching and development of team members inclusive of regular
performance appraisals and developmental plans. - Developing and employing a selling cycle that is concise,
professional, and persuasive that leads the customer to action. - Developing sales forecasts and preparing reports on sales and
metrics to management and team, and adhering to sales
forecasts. - Defining and maintaining key and influential customer contacts
across US. - Coordinating and assisting with fitness trade shows. - Ensuring that the team is aware of and adheres to all Core
Stix policies & procedures related to work activities performed,
aware of all current events related to Core Stix, ensure that team
members are fully trained and equipped across all product, market,
and Core Stix procedures to effectively perform their sales
functions. Requirements: - A minimum of a BA/BS degree is strongly preferred; MBA is also
preferred. - A minimum of five years of business experience is required. A
minimum of two years of fitness sales management experience. Other necessary qualities: - People leadership experience. - Proven track record in leading/motivating others. - Proven track record of commitment to task and goal
attainment. - Demonstrated skills in proactive customer engagement. - The ability to coordinate with field leadership on coverage
and messaging to specific customers to grow the business. - Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple
competing activities and requests. - The ability to review and interpret customer data and
information to establish team priorities and focus areas. - Strong ability to proactively engage with customers and
