A stable and growing non-profit is looking for a personable, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing recruiting departmentLooking for at least six months of supporting a recruiting and/or human resources team Looking for candidates that are not afraid to interact with potential candidates and hiring managers, have strong critical thinking skills, and have a great attitudeThis position is an AMAZING opportunity for the right candidate that wants to work in a fun and engaging environmentIf you don't like to be micro-manged, this is the role for you! This position is fully in office for the first few weeks, and then a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office Local candidates that can commute to 90018Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Degree preferred
• Non-profit experience preferred
• At least six months of supporting a human resource or recruiting department
• MS Office Suite and be tech savvy
• Able to support Recruiters with job postings, screening candidates and managing offer letters
• Hard working attitude and working with a vibrant team
• Understanding of priorities, quick learner, and professionalism
