POSITION OVERVIEW

Adknowledge is continuing to expand its presence in the US and International Markets. We are adding an additional Recruiter due to the growth projections for 2012.

Our Recruiter will be responsible for building a quality pipeline of experienced candidates, top responsibilities include:

• Sourcing - Search qualified candidates through resume boards, search engines, social networks user groups, and industry specific sites. As well as maintain, monitor and edit job postings. Make initial contact with candidates to pique their interest in the company and the position.
  
• Applicant Tracking - Coordinating, documenting a full pipeline of candidates through the application process. Screen resumes, conduct skills assessments, behavior surveys, coordinate interviews, make verbal offers and conduct reference checks.
• Trade Shows – Attend Channel specific marketing expos to network, attract & recruit industry specific candidates.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be a vital addition to the Recruiting team with at least:

• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience either within a staffing company, advertising agency or corporate environment
  
• Demonstrated success in recruiting technology and corporate professionals within the online advertising industry
  
• Hands-on experience with a variety of job boards and sourcing strategies
  
• Understanding of technology languages and platforms is a plus
  
• Previous exposure attending tradeshows for the purpose of recruiting is a plus
  
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems,HTML, Excel and Outlook; willing and able to learn other computer applications

• Analytical: Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data from multiple sources.
  
• Resourceful: Ability to deliver results utilizing the resources available to recruit passive candidates. Has a get-it-done mentality.
